- Illustrate the similarities and differences of their choices and describe why they decided as they did

Students defend their decisions with research and personal preferences.
After lunch, students contact their respective organizations and invite a representative to a luncheon the following week to receive a check.
Assessment
Each student will present a $500 check to the charity of his or her choice at the end-of-course luncheon. The recipient can comment on the student’s selection and understanding of the organization’s mission and need.
