Unit: Generosity of Spirit Folktales

Young people learn about environmental stewardship and its importance to all people. They carry out a service project that demonstrates environmental stewardship.

We observe how power and privilege are used to keep African American families oppressed even after they were freed from slavery.
Unit: Character Education: Trustworthiness (Grade 6)
Learners brainstorm ways to "build capital in a trust bank account." They read and discuss a Celtic folktale and discuss the role of communication in building trust.
