Youth analyze and define the concept of community. They identify benefits and sacrifices involved in actions for the common good in their role as citizens.
Service Experience
Youth may visit and buddy up with children to share the book Have you Filled a Bucket Today? by Carol McCloud. This book gives a simple and inspiring message about the power of kindness in making the world a better place. This service promotes philanthropy in the community by encouraging young children to be philanthropists.
