The learners examine their own eating, sleeping, and exercise habits. They compare them to national health standards, and develop plans for improving them. Then they share their learning to promote a healthier community.

Sleep, rest, mindfulness, and taking time away from busyness help our overall health and wellbeing. Participants learn about the importance of sleep and analyze their own rest and wellness patterns. They determine how they can improve their own rest and mindfulness and encourage others.
Learners look at the role exercise plays in overall health. They make a plan to engage younger children in more active play and exercise.
