 How to Pot Your Flowers

Before you plant your flowers in a pot, make sure there is a hole in the bottom for proper drainage.

Put some rocks inside the pot at the bottom. This will help with drainage.

Once the pot is ready, fill about 1/4 of the pot with soil mixture.

Then, with one hand, slowly lower the plant into the pot.

With your other hand, fill the remaining empty space around the plant with the remaining soil.

Once you are satisfied with the amount of soil and arrangement of your flowers, secure the plant by lightly pressing down around the stem. This compresses the loose soil which helps plants grow upwards / straight.
