The Texts

What would you make using apples, sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon?
You might make a pie, a cobbler, a pudding, turnovers, a tart, a fritter, a baked apple, or you might decide to just eat the apple and leave the rest of the stuff!

Texts can be like ingredients. We read and interpret them and create a formula that we find satisfying.

The following texts, both dealing with humanity and the earth, challenge us to make them work together. How we choose to do that results in how we live our lives.
